At the same time, the number of total homes for sale has decreased by 63%, and the number of new homes coming onto the market has increased by 19%. The time to sell a home was 15 days on average. The average selling price is currently 108.2% of the asking price.

Paris

Average Sale Price – $894,687 (December 2020: $696,766)

Last month 11 properties were sold – a decrease of 48% from the same month last year. At the same time, the number of total homes for sale has decreased by 84%, and the number of new homes coming onto the market has decreased by 56%. The time to sell a home was 30 days on average. The average selling price is currently 107.2% of the asking price.

Brant County

Average Sale Price – $916,083 (December 2020: $831,606)

Last month 12 properties were sold – an increase of 33% from the same month last year. At the same time, the number of total homes for sale has decreased by 48%, and the number of new homes coming onto the market has decreased by 17%. The time to sell a home was 28 days on average. The average selling price is currently 99.1% of the asking price.

Woodstock

Average Sale Price – $595,379 (December 2020: $511,984)

Last month 35 properties were sold – a decrease of 48% from the same month last year. At the same time, the number of total homes for sale has decreased by 72%, and the number of new homes coming onto the market has decreased by 45%. The time to sell a home was 12 days on average. The average selling price is currently 102.1% of the asking price.

Haldimand

Average Sale Price – $634,966 (December 2020: $601,404)

Last month 32 properties were sold – a decrease of 9% from the same month last year. At the same time, the number of total homes for sale has decreased by 33%, and the number of new homes coming onto the market has decreased by 50%. The time to sell a home was 41 days on average. The average selling price is currently 100% of the asking price.

Norfolk

Average Sale Price – $548,894 (December 2020: $492,581)

Last month 67 properties were sold – an increase of 31% from the same month last year. At the same time, the number of total homes for sale has decreased by 69%, and the number of new homes coming onto the market has decreased by 34%. The time to sell a home was 46 days on average. The average selling price is currently 99.1% of the asking price.
