The February real estate market did not see any cooling off. The demand for homes is still as high as we have ever seen. With a few more listing coming up everyday, buyers are getting a little more to choose from. What does this mean for you?

Sellers – Being aggressive with a good marketing strategy and pricing of your home will still bring in competition from buyers. Working with an experiences realtor who knows the market will be able to help get your home sold for the right price.

Buyers – Working with a realtor who understands your wants and needs is crucial in this time. Having a pre approval and knowing your budget will narrow down what homes to look at and make sure you aren’t missing out on the homes coming onto the market.
