2020 was the year of change, and the real estate market was no different. In years past, December gets seasonally slow, but not in 2020. It was still a busy month for sellers gaining even more equity in their homes. Brantford is at an all time low for homes to sell, keeping buyers active and on their toes when an opportunity arises. It’s more important than ever to have a trusted local realtor on your side in this crazy market.
